Our current processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding personalised or custom orders. Bliss by Lis strives to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Our items are handmade by Lisette and Kaye, a Mother daughter duo and sometimes things happen and your product may be delayed. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. If you need your order quickly please consider Express shipping as we are unable to know how long Australia Post will take. As Coffs Harbour is 6hrs north of Sydney and 5 hours South of Brisbane, Australia Post sends our parcels to Sydney first before going to other cities or towns this means shipping can take longer than expected. Please keep this all in mind. At the end of the day, we do our absolute best to ensure that you get your parcel as soon as possible.

Shipping Information Terms and Conditions
Parcel Post
All standard and free shipping orders are provided with a tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel. Delivery estimates can be found on the Australia post website.
Express Post
Express shipping is a faster alternative to standard shipping. This however does not mean it will speed up processing time. Bliss by Lis is located in a regional town so we cannot offer next day delivery. However this is a better option if you are needing your products delivered quickly. You will receive a tracking number with your parcel.
Incorrect postal Address
It is your responsibility to check your postal address when completing your order. Bliss by Lis is not liable for any purchases returned to us due to incorrect information. Redirecting your parcel will incur a fee at the customers expense. It is the customers responsibility once the parcel is sent to track its whereabouts via the number sent to you.
International Shipping
Bliss by Lis has posted to countries all over the world and are happy to do so. If you are interested in purchasing from our website and are outside of Australia you will need to email us directly at blissbylis@hotmail.com to arrange a custom shipping cost based on your location.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on any Bliss by Lis items. In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event that a return has been requested it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis & a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
Change of Mind Policy
Sorry but we do not accept any change of mind orders. In the event that a return has been requested it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis & a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Any personalised or customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with all colour selections prior to making your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by Bliss by Lis. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at blissbylis@hotmail.com within 24 hours of its arrival.
